Why Isn't My Charger Clip Working?
To charge the Seinxon Item Finder, use a 5V 1A adapter. First, plug the Type-C charging cable into the port on the charging clip. Then, align the top pins of the clip with the two charging contacts on the card and clamp it securely. If the indicator light flashes red in sequence, the card is charging.
If the indicator light is blue, the charging contacts are not aligned correctly and the Finder card is not charging.

To restore your Seinxon item finder to its factory settings, press and hold the button. You'll hear a sequence of 1 beep, 2 beeps, and 3 beeps. Continue holding until you hear a long beep, which indicates the reset is complete.
