Can't Connect? Troubleshooting
  • In the Find My App, make sure you select "Add Other Supported Items" instead of "Add AirTag".
  • Check whether the device is powered on. If there is no operation within 5 minutes after powering on, it will automatically shut down. Please restart it at this time.
  • Restore factory settings and try connecting again. Please refer to the previous instructions for how to restore factory settings.
  • Update mobile network, such as switching between WiFi and cellular network.
  • Confirm whether to "Remove Item".
  • Restart the phone and try again.
