BLUETOOTH TRACKER FUNCTION

How To Connect the Device

1. Press the power button to turn on the device. You'll hear a beep and see the red indicator light up.
2. Open the Find My app, click "Add Item", select "Other Supported Items", and search for "Seinxon Finder".
3. Follow the prompts to name the device, select an icon, and agree to register. Once completed, your device will be successfully connected.
4. Then you can try "Play Sound" to verify the connection and functionality.

How To Remove Items From the Apple Find My App

1. Click "ltems" on the bottom of the Apple Find My app. 
2. Then swipe left on the item you want to remove, and click the "Delete" sign.
3. Or click on the "Item" you want to remove, enter the function page, scroll to the bottom, then click "Remove Item".
4. The device will emit a melody sound to indicate successful removal.
5. If no melody sound is heard, a factory reset is required. To reset, press the button 3 times consecutively, and on the 4th press, hold it down until you hear a long indicator sound.

Press and hold the button until you hear Three gradual indicator sounds (B--BB--BBB), and the red light will flash once for each B.

To reset, press the button 3 times consecutively, and on the 4th press, hold it down until you hear a long indicator sound.

How To Charge Your Device

The wireless charging logo is printed on the back of the card. Align the side with the charging logo and the charging base. The green light stays on while charging, and the blue light stays on when fully charged.

Can't Connect? Troubleshooting

Please first ensure that your cellular network or WiFi and Bluetooth are enabled on your phone.
In the Find My App, make sure you select "Add Other Supported Items" instead of "Add AirTag".
Check whether the device is powered on. If there is no operation within 5 minutes after powering on, it will automatically shut down. Please restart it at this time.
Restore factory settings and try connecting again. Please refer to the previous instructions for how to restore factory settings.
Update mobile network, such as switching between WiFi and cellular network.
Check if the item has been removed from the Find My app.
Restart the phone and try again.

1. Where can I use the Fimylink business card? Is there a system limitation?

No app is required; simply open it in your phone's browser. It works on both iOS and Android devices.

2. What if I can't open the NFC business card on my iPhone?

NFC detection on iPhones is located near the camera. Hold the card near the camera for 2-3 seconds.

3. What should I do if my Android device doesn't respond when scanning the card?

In most cases, this is because NFC is not enabled on your Android phone. Go to Settings >> search for NFC, and enable it.

4. How long can I use the Fimylink business card?

You can use it for life, with the ability to edit and update it at any time.

5. Can Fimylink business cards handle multiple positions, addresses, or contact methods?

Yes, our business card recognition system uses AI to accurately detect and input multiple positions, addresses, or contact information.

6. How can the recipient find my Fimylink business card again after receiving it?
  • Guide the recipient to click "Save to Contacts" on the business card homepage to save your contact information and link in their phone contacts, allowing them to easily access your card next time.
  • Alternatively, they can bookmark your business card link in their mobile browser for future access.
  • You can also send your business card information to their email, so they can easily find it again in their inbox.
7. Why can't I copy the business card link?

Please check if your phone settings are restricting copying and pasting from this page. Disabling this setting will allow you to copy the link normally.
