Good luck getting customer support

Having trouble adding card to the app. Tried email first explaining the "device being bonded" when I attempt to add it with no response. Initiated "chat" on the 6th, was asked for more info and provided it. Morning heard from them since. The card was great before I had this issue and was looking at other products, but not now.
