How do I replace the Seinxon battery key finder?

Seinxon has wireless charging models, charging clip contact charging, and USB-C direct charging products. On a full charge, the tracker can operate for up to 6 months before needing to be recharged again.
Can others use Seinxon key tracker after it is restored to factory settings?
After Seinxon key tracker is restored to factory settings, it cannot be used by others unless it is unlinked from the original Apple ID.
Can others see the location of my key finder?
Depending on the situation. If you choose to share your location with others through the Seinxon Key Tracker app, others can also see your location. If you do not share your location, others will not be able to see the location of your key finders.
Why is the key locator always ticking?
There are several scenarios. It could be that your item left your Bluetooth range and it prompted you that the item was left behind. It is possible that the Bluetooth connection signal is not stable, resulting in software bugs. The solution is:
- 1. Item finder and cell phone disconnect, long press to restore the factory settings (Press and hold the button, and you will hear 1 beep, 2 beeps, 3 beeps in sequence until a long beep is heard to end), and then reconnect;
- 2. Will be your regular activities in the area set to "safe area". For the specific operation method, you can contact customer service.
It could also be that you're looking for your item and it alerts you to its location with sound and bright light. It could also be that you haven't connected for a long time and he prompts you that it automatically goes into standby.
Can I find my keys in the dark?
Yes. With the "Find My" app, you can directly control the finder to play a sound and flash an indicator light. The finder emits an 80-100 decibel beeping sound that is loud enough to be easily heard indoors or outdoors, making it easy to find your keys even in low light or dark environments!
How do I know my battery is dead?
When your battery is about to run out, you will receive a notification telling you that you need to charge it. These notifications are usually sent via the same smartphone as your login to your ID account, reminding you to charge your device promptly.
Or you can see the power status of the corresponding Finder on the Find My app or Seinxon app so that you can know when you should charge it.
Can I use the key locator anywhere other than to find my keys?
Yes, you can use a key locator for a variety of other purposes besides finding your keys. For example, you can attach it to bags, purses, and any valuables that you can hang or put into.
